How we Got into Real Estate 

Our path to real estate was anything but direct, but looking back, it seems like it was always meant to be.
Tammi’s interest in real estate started early. While attending college, she worked in a real estate office, where she was introduced to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the industry. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and earning her teaching credential, Tammi became a teacher — a career that allowed her to connect with people and help shape young lives. Still, real estate was always in the back of her mind, especially since her cousin Terri was a successful Realtor. Real estate conversations were a regular part of family gatherings, and Tammi’s curiosity and passion for the business only grew stronger over time. Meanwhile, Mike was building a career with United Parcel Service, where he delivered packages for 15 years. He was known for his strong work ethic and customer service — skills that would eventually serve him well in the real estate world. After 11 years of teaching for Tammi and 15 years at UPS for Mike, they were both ready for a change. In 2003, they visited Las Vegas for the first time to see their longtime high school friends. The city’s energy and opportunity were undeniable, and it wasn’t long before they decided to make Las Vegas their new home. Tammi took the leap into real estate full-time, earning her license and landing a position selling high-rise condos at the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in 2004. She thrived in the luxury market, helping clients navigate the high-stakes world of high-rise living. Mike, meanwhile, became a licensed home inspector, bringing his keen eye for detail to the business. When the market took a major downturn in 2008, Tammi and Mike pivoted to residential real estate — and they’ve never looked back. Working together as a team, they’ve built a successful business helping clients buy and sell homes in Las Vegas. Their combined strengths — Tammi’s industry expertise and Mike’s eye for property details — have made them a trusted name in the Las Vegas real estate market. Their journey may have started on separate paths, but together, they’ve created a legacy built on hard work, trust, and a true passion for helping others find their perfect home.
